The AMT Pro enables maintenance teams to assess motor-driven equipment from the motor control centre and receive actionable fault diagnoses within minutes, without installing any sensors on the machine.
The AMT Pro is a portable condition monitoring equipment for three-phase AC motors, generators, and their driven equipment. The AMT Pro analyses current and voltage signals, it then evaluates the condition and performance of the complete motor-driven system without requiring sensors to be installed directly on the machinery.
Utilising patented machine learning technology and a database of more than 10 million motor profiles, the AMT Pro automatically identifies potential electrical, mechanical and operational faults. It then converts the measurement data into an immediate, actionable condition assessment report, supporting predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and energy efficiency evaluation across a wide range of rotating assets.
AMT Pro simplifies the condition assessment of motors and motor-driven equipment by transforming electrical measurements into clear, actionable diagnostic insights. It helps maintenance teams detect developing problems, investigate equipment condition, and make better informed maintenance decisions without the need for installing sensors directly on the machinery.
The AMT Pro assesses motor-driven equipment by analysing the relationship between the three-phase voltage supplied to the motor and the current drawn by the complete system. It converts these electrical measurements into actionable diagnostic findings without requiring sensors to be installed directly on the machinery.
While the machinery operates under stable, steady-state conditions, maintenance personnel connect the portable AMT Pro at the Motor Control Centre (MCC) using three current transformers and three voltage probes.
The AMT Pro captures three-phase voltage and current signals from the motor supply without requiring sensors to be installed directly on the machine.
The AMT Pro analyses the relationship between the supplied voltage and the current drawn by the machinery. Current distortions not attributable to the incoming voltage are evaluated for their characteristics and severity.
The processed findings are then automatically converted into a structured condition assessment report for review by the maintenance team.
Combining portable electrical testing, automated diagnostics, and advanced analytical tools within a single condition assessment system, the AMT Pro showcases features that supports both rapid equipment screening and more detailed investigation of motor-driven assets.

The e-PCM is a continuous generator condition monitoring system that analyses three-phase voltage and current signals to detect developing electrical and mechanical faults.

The e-MCM detects developing equipment faults in advance without the need for installing sensors on the machinery, it achieves this by continuously monitoring motor voltage and current, providing early fault diagnosis and actionable maintenance insights.
