This advanced course aims to augment your knowledge in maintenance programs and continuous improvement strategies.
The category.III vibration analyst course moves beyond the basics of vibration analysis, diving into more complex topics such as waveform and spectral analysis, fast fourier transforms (FFT), phase analysis techniques, and machinery severity assessment. It also covers practical applications like acceptance testing and single plane balancing.
This course is a ISO 18436-2 certified training program.

By the end of this course, you will not only have enhanced your knowledge in maintenance programs and continuous improvement strategies, but will also be prepared to handle advanced vibration analysis tasks.

In this course, you will learn:
- Advanced vibration concepts.
- Single-plane balancing.
- Use of single-channel FFT analyzers and data collectors.
- Using data collectors and tape recorders for data storage.
- Setting alarms for efficient predictive maintenance.
- Determine natural frequencies, resonance and critical speeds.
- Identification of machine forces and frequencies.
- Vibration correction techniques.
- Isolation and damping of installed equipment.
- Spectral, time waveform, phase, and orbital analysis.
- Machine specific analysis-motors, fans, pumps and compressors.
