Course Description
This intermediate vibration analyst training course is designed to deepen your understanding and skills in the direct maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machinery.
It prepares you to take on a more advanced role in the predictive maintenance and condition monitoring of machinery.
This course is a ISO 18436-2 certified training program.
Course Objective
By the end of this course, you will enhance your skills and knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machinery, achieved through a deeper understanding of vibration analysis as a critical part of industrial maintenance programs.
You will be better equipped to contribute to the reliability and efficiency of rotating machinery, and acquire improved proficiency in maintenance and troubleshooting using vibration analysis.

In this course, you will learn:
- Basics vibration concepts and terminology.
- Use of electronic data collectors for monitoring and analysis.
- Machine monitoring principles.
- Selection and location of transducer.
- Data acquisition for monitoring and analysis.
- Fault and condition analysis.
- Calculating machine frequencies.
- Operating speed fault analysis.
- Machine acceptance testing.
