The Pulsarlube E is a compact, nitrogen gas-driven lubricator that automatically dispenses grease to a single lubrication point. It offers adjustable dispensing periods to suit different maintenance needs.
The Pulsarlube E is a compact and economical automatic lubricator designed to dispense grease to a single lubrication point. It utilises nitrogen gas to drive lubricant from a disposable grease pouch and offers selectable dispensing periods to suit different maintenance intervals.
Available in E60, E120 and E240 capacities, it can be used where equipment access is limited or where an intrinsically safe lubricator is required, subject to the site’s certification requirements.
As the grease is supplied automatically, the Pulsarlube E reduces the need for repeated manual application. It’s nitrogen gas system also helps limit dispensing variation when ambient temperatures change. Below are the range of key benefits.
The lubricator features selectable dispensing periods of 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months and can be adjusted while the unit is operating. Pulsarlube E compact design and intrinsic safety approvals support installation in suitable confined or hazardous areas.
